This is not the demand of today’s time.

Because forests are our invaluable heritage, the rapid population growth in today’s society, housing and factories are equally necessary to meet its demand.  Production in factories is quick and cheap and they provide employment to lakhs of people.  Housing, which is one of the basic necessities, is essential for all.  In the absence of vacant land to meet these needs, humans clear the forests and prepare the land.
